Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Guidelines

We understand that plans can change unexpected. To ensure smooth scheduling for therapists and other guests, we request that any appointment modifications or cancellations be submitted as early as possible.

2. Notice Windows & Fee Structure

• More than 24 Hours Notice:100% full refund or complimentary appointment rescheduling to any preferred future date.
• 4 to 24 Hours Notice:50% cancellation fee applies to cover reserved therapist preparation time.
• Less than 4 Hours Notice / No-Show:100% non-refundable booking fee.

3. Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times free of charge provided the request is made at least 6 hours in advance of the original start time.

4. Independent Partner Policies

Certain premium resort spas or medical wellness centers listed on our directory may enforce custom cancellation timelines. In such cases, the partner facility's explicit policy will take precedence and will be highlighted during booking confirmation.
